Board Composition
The procedures used to determine Board membership, duties of officers, voting rules, quorum requirements.
Council Officers
Officers and the Chair Emeritus (2025-2026 term) PPCC Officers are elected by the PPCC Board and serve one-year terms.
Area & At-large Representatives
Area Representatives are elected by residents of their respective areas; the At-large Representative.
Organizational Representatives
Organizational Representatives and Alternates are appointed by their respective organizations and serve one year terms.
Advisors / Non-Voting
PPCC advisors are non-voting and serve terms identical with that of the Chair/President (subject to appointment or re-appointment as of July 1st of each year).
Committees & Liaisons
PPCC has one standing committee (the Executive Committee), three committees required under the PPCC Bylaws for specific purposes, and several ad hoc committees.
