LADOT proposes to remove a crosswalk at the Chautauqua and Corona del Mar/Vance intersection following a safety complaint, with a public comment deadline of April 3. CD11 is working with LADOT to explore alternative safety solutions such as flashing warning lights, curb extensions, or speed tables that could allow the crosswalk to remain.
