The Pacific Palisades Community Council urges immediate implementation of the parks storage ordinance (LAMC 63.44) and opposes certain proposed amendments to the sidewalks storage ordinance (LAMC 56.11), instead recommending alternative amendments including a 300-foot buffer zone from residences, retention of specific personal item protections, and clarified ADA access language.
