The PPCC Land Use Committee held a virtual public meeting on January 11, 2022, to gather input on development standards in R-1/Non-Hillside/Coastal areas of Pacific Palisades. The committee unanimously recommended that the PPCC Board pursue implementation of Council File 10-1058-S4 to apply the Baseline Mansionization Ordinance to these areas as an interim measure, closing a zoning loophole that currently allows homes up to 45 feet tall with 3:1 floor area ratio.
