This document proposes amendments to the Pacific Palisades Commercial Village and Neighborhoods Specific Plan to add new neighborhood areas (labeled as Neighborhood Area D and potentially others) with specific development standards including a 30-foot height limit, residential floor area ratios ranging from 0.55 to 0.65 based on lot size, lot coverage limits, encroachment planes, and side yard setbacks. The proposed standards are intended to apply development regulations consistent with R1V1 zoning to areas currently outside the Hillside Area.

The Pacific Palisades Community Council held its January 12, 2023 meeting via Zoom, during which the board approved previous minutes, heard presentations from the 3-1-1 Call Center director about city services, and received reports from LAPD, County Supervisor Lindsey Horvath's office, Councilmember Traci Park's office, and various community advisors on topics including crime statistics, homelessness, park issues, and infrastructure concerns. The board also announced upcoming events including the American Legion Grand Opening on January 28th and a homeless count volunteer opportunity on January 25th.
