The Pacific Palisades Community Council issued a statement condemning a racist hate speech incident and threats that occurred at a local Ralphs market involving a woman who directed vile language and threats toward Pastor Kenneth Davis and his daughter. The council expressed support for law enforcement efforts to prosecute the offender and stated that such behavior does not represent the community.
