Pacific Palisades Community Council is accepting nominations for the 2017 Citizen of the Year and Golden Sparkplug Awards, with a deadline of October 28, 2017, and awards to be presented at the annual holiday party on December 14, 2017. The Citizen of the Year Award recognizes long-term volunteer service and recent extraordinary accomplishments, while the Golden Sparkplug Award honors citizens who initiate community projects.
