    The Pacific Palisades Community Council opposes the installation of wireless telecommunications antennas and cell towers at 302 Mt. Holyoke and in public rights of way without advance written notice to nearby property owners and homeowner associations, and without wireless providers developing a comprehensive master plan for all installations in the community. The master plan should include coverage assessments, feasibility analyses, design options, and community input surveys.
