The PPCC Bylaws Committee proposes amendments to allow the Nominating Committee to meet virtually and to permit PPCC Board Meetings to be held virtually when in-person meetings are infeasible, in response to the coronavirus pandemic. The proposed amendments will be introduced at a Special Meeting on June 25, 2020, and voted on at a second Special Meeting on June 30, 2020, requiring a two-thirds vote for adoption.
