The Pacific Palisades Community Council held elections in 2016 for representatives across eight areas and at-large positions, with 1,237 valid ballots cast through online, provisional, and newspaper voting methods. Danielle Samulon, Sue Kohl, David Kaplan, Lou Kamer, and Quentin Fleming won contested seats, while Katie Braude, Peter Culhane, Rick Mills, Cathy Russell, and Reza Akef were elected unopposed.

The PPCC Election Committee announced the results of the 2016 board election with record voter turnout of 1,237 valid ballots, electing new Area and At-large Representatives effective October 1, 2016. The Pacific Palisades Community Council held its January 13, 2011 meeting with 20 voting members present, during which it unanimously opposed the city's P-3 proposal to lease public parking garages to private investors and discussed a proposed ordinance to increase the allowable number of pets per household from 3 to 10 animals. The council also received a treasurer's report showing $21,857.33 in total funds, heard from city officials and law enforcement, and appointed committees for various community initiatives.
