PCH Beach Associates LLC presented a project design for a Frank Gehry-designed, Wolfgang Puck-operated restaurant at 17300 Pacific Coast Highway in Pacific Palisades, featuring 450 restaurant seats, a public deck with separate food and beverage outlet, 141 parking spaces, and a 1,160-foot coastal path. The project is scheduled to begin construction in mid-2026 and commence operations in early 2028.
