The PPCC Bylaws Committee proposes four amendments to the organization's bylaws: consolidating the Secretary position into a single role, adding a Standing Rule allowing the Chair to retain a paid assistant with Executive Committee approval, adding a Standing Rule permitting alternative written statements in lieu of annual organizational certifications for up to two years, and adding the Malibu-Palisades Chamber of Commerce as a Board member in the Business category. The Board will vote on these amendments on August 14, 2025, with a two-thirds majority required for adoption.
