The Pacific Palisades Community Council sent a letter on February 15, 2026, to city officials and LADWP leadership expressing support for underground utility placement and fire-resistant streetlight poles as part of infrastructure rebuilding following the Palisades Fire. The PPCC Board unanimously adopted a resolution on February 12, 2026, regarding the LADWP Master Infrastructure Plan for the Palisades.

The PPCC Grants Committee recommends a $5,200 grant from donations to the Friends of the Library to create an outdoor space at the temporary Palisades Library facility, which will include removal of burned plants and purchase of outdoor furniture such as umbrellas, tables, and chairs. The temporary library, consisting of two trailers on the former library site, is scheduled to officially open on February 27, 2026.

The Rebuild Committee, which monitored state, federal, and local rebuilding efforts for Pacific Palisades and made policy recommendations, was dissolved on January 16, 2026 following the former Chair's resignation. The committee had commissioned a NORC survey of community opinion, with oversight of survey-related matters transferring to the PPCC Executive Committee after the dissolution date.
