The Pacific Palisades Community Council opposes Council File 21-0350, which proposes using beaches, beach parking lots, and parks for homeless housing, arguing that such use would violate public trust, reduce public access to recreational resources, and create safety and accessibility issues for homeless individuals. The Council urges removal of Will Rogers State Beach and Dockweiler Beach parking lots, as well as Mar Vista Park and Westchester Park, from the proposed homeless housing locations.
