The Pacific Palisades Community Council requests collaboration between state and local elected officials to secure an agreement between the City of Los Angeles and Caltrans to enable construction of the Lateral Trail, which will connect George Wolfberg Park to Temescal Canyon Road and is funded with $1.15 million secured by Congressman Ted Lieu. The trail is required by the Coastal Commission permit and is intended to provide safe coastal access.
