Pali LTRG and Palisades American Legion Post 283 are hosting a White Glove Flag Presentation and Remembrance Ceremony on January 7, 2026, to mark one year since the Palisades Fire and honor the twelve community members who lost their lives. The event will include a private flag presentation for families, a public ceremony at the Village Green, and a community lunch.

Palisades Fire 2025Policy & Advocacy

The Rebuild Committee, which monitored state, federal, and local rebuilding efforts for Pacific Palisades and made policy recommendations, was dissolved on January 16, 2026 following the former Chair's resignation. The committee had commissioned a NORC survey of community opinion, with oversight of survey-related matters transferring to the PPCC Executive Committee after the dissolution date.
