LADWP's Operation NEXT program, in partnership with LA Sanitation and Environment's Hyperion 2035 initiative, is undergoing environmental review under CEQA to improve water supply resiliency by recycling 100% of the City's available treated wastewater. The Notice of Preparation scoping period runs from March 15 to April 14, 2021, and invites public and agency input on environmental issues to be evaluated in the Program Environmental Impact Report.
