The Pacific Palisades Community Council approved a motion recommending the City approve a parcel map to vacate public land for an applicant, contingent on the applicant's commitment to fund off-site streetscape improvements in coordination with community entities and to extend improvements along specified areas of Sunset Boulevard, Swarthmore Avenue, and around the Village Green. The motion passed with 17 yes votes, one abstention, and one no vote after friendly amendments were made to include the Pacific Palisades Garden Club and to incorporate language from a prior agreement.
