Caltrans announced overnight lane closures on Pacific Coast Highway from May 28-30 to realign lanes and create a second northbound lane at Porto Marina Way, following the February Tramonto Slide that destabilized the roadway. The Pacific Palisades Community Council held a special meeting to discuss the slide and requested that slope stabilization be prioritized as a public safety matter.
