The Council requests the owner plant up to 10 replacement trees, implement proper arboriculture standards, extend the bond survival period to reflect October 2020 replanting, and ensure acceptable bond issuance before Certificate of Occupancy.

LADOT launched a Dockless Mobility Pilot Program issuing one-year permits to three operators (Bird, Lime, and Spin) with a combined fleet of over 22,500 scooters, with significant allocations to Disadvantaged Communities. Enforcement is integrated into MyLA311, dedicated parking is being piloted in Downtown LA, and eight additional applicants are working toward compliance for potential permits by April 15th.
