The Westside Regional Alliance of Councils, including Pacific Palisades Community Council, supports Council File 21-0002-S186, which seeks to allow the City to include SB 9 sites in an addendum to the Housing Element for the Adequate Sites for Housing inventory. The position was proposed in November 2021 and formally adopted by WRAC in March 2022.

The Westside Regional Alliance of Councils supported Council File 21-1115 (Buscaino), which called for drafting an ordinance to ban bicycle chop shops from public property and public rights-of-way in Los Angeles. The ordinance passed City Council on June 21, 2022, and became effective on August 8, 2022.

The Pacific Palisades Community Council online ballot for 2022 area and at-large elections has closed. Results will be announced at the regularly scheduled PPCC meeting on Thursday, September 8th.
