The Village Plan Land Use Committee presents a preliminary report on the proposed Caruso mixed-use development project in Pacific Palisades, analyzing what can be built by right under existing zoning versus the proposed 116,215 square feet of commercial and residential space, and identifying key areas where the project requires Specific Plan amendments including use of R3P-zoned areas, building heights exceeding 30 feet, and other variances.
