The Pacific Palisades Community Council held a board meeting where members discussed SB 55 fire hazard legislation, a new traffic signal at Sunset-Chautauqua, Potrero Canyon landscaping bids and a potential pedestrian overcrossing over PCH, the Riviera Country Club maintenance gate issue, and various state and local legislative matters including opposition to a proposed land use appeal fee increase. The board unanimously approved a motion opposing the City's proposed increase of the land use decision appeal fee from $89 to $16,097.
