The PPCC Bylaws Committee completed its review and proposes comprehensive amendments to the Bylaws and Standing Rules, primarily enhancing disciplinary procedures, clarifying Board membership provisions, and expanding Code of Conduct application to Member Organizations, Alternates, Advisors, and candidates. The proposed amendments will be introduced at the April 25, 2019 meeting and voted on at the May 9, 2019 meeting, requiring a two-thirds vote for Bylaws amendments and a majority vote for Standing Rules amendments.
