The PPCC Land Use Committee will meet on January 11, 2022 to seek public input on whether zoning regulations should be changed for R1 single-family properties in Pacific Palisades that are non-hillside and located in the coastal zone, which currently allow larger homes than other single-family zoned areas. One proposed option is to amend the Baseline Mansionization Ordinance to include coastal zone areas not currently covered by it.
