Summary

This document describes the three community councils that are members of WRAC (Westside Regional Alliance of Councils): Pacific Palisades Community Council founded in 1973, Brentwood Community Council founded in 1997, and Westwood Community Council founded in 2009. All three are independent California non-profits that remain uncertified by choice to maintain autonomy and engage in advocacy with non-City government agencies.
