Summary

The Pacific Palisades Community Council supports adoption of the Mitigated Negative Declaration (ENV-2015-2715 MND) for the Palisades Village Project, based on the City's determination that the project will have no unmitigated significant impacts and a traffic study reviewed by the Council's Transportation Advisor. The Council's support is conditional on establishment of a Village Project Committee to monitor and address issues during construction and operations.
